At Casual Gamer Club, every order is made specifically for you. Because our gaming t-shirts, gamer apparel, and accessories are produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or changes of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.
30-Day Return Window
If there is a problem with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us and request assistance.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Report an Issue
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos showing the issue
Once reviewed, we’ll determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously and want every customer to enjoy their new gaming apparel.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing issue, shipping damage, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Because all products are made to order, we do not offer traditional exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order that qualifies for replacement, our support team will guide you through the next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Items ordered in the wrong size
• Buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind purchases
• Sale items
• Gift cards
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that processing times vary by financial institution and it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been issued.
