Refund policy

At Casual Gamer Club, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. Because our gaming t-shirts, gamer apparel, and accessories are made to order, we only accept returns and refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, or incorrect size selection. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to report a problem and request assistance.

To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, the item must:

• Be in the same condition as received

• Be unworn and unused

• Include any original tags when applicable

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

How To Report A Problem

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we’ll determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, has a manufacturing issue, or you receive the wrong product, notify us promptly so we can investigate and make things right.

Exchanges

Because all products are made to order, we do not offer traditional exchanges.

If an item qualifies for replacement due to a manufacturing defect, printing issue, damage, or fulfillment error, our support team will assist you with the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items ordered in the wrong size

• Buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind purchases

• Sale items

• Gift cards

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require several business days to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
