At Casual Gamer Club, every order is made specifically for you. We partner with trusted production and fulfillment providers to create high-quality gaming t-shirts, gamer apparel, accessories, and gaming gear that are produced on demand after your order is placed.

This approach helps reduce waste while allowing us to offer unique designs created for gamers.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and produced within 2–7 business days.

Production times may vary during holidays, major sales events, or periods of unusually high demand.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• Shipping destination

• Carrier delays

• Weather or unforeseen circumstances

While we strive to deliver every order as quickly as possible, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before your purchase is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Tracking updates are generated by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after a package has been shipped.

Multiple Shipments

Casual Gamer Club is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control.

If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or appears lost in transit, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier directly.

If additional assistance is needed, please contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Photos of the damaged item and packaging may be requested to assist with the claim process.

International Shipping

At this time, Casual Gamer Club primarily ships to supported regions displayed during checkout.

International shipping availability may vary and may be expanded in the future.

Any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or government charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
